Video Feature: Master of Innovation

As anyone who’s attended one of our keynote speeches, workshops, or training seminars will have heard us say: Innovation isn’t rocket science. In fact, in most cases, it’s simply a willingness to apply fresh perspectives and approaches to problem-solving, or simply try something new – a.k.a. keep applying your ingenuity, creativity, and insight until a workable solution presents itself. Happily, anyone and everyone is capable of innovating as well – a principle we’ve spent over a decade doing our best to champion, and remind thousands of working professionals and organizations the world over of, as well. Helping people unlock their creativity, resilience, and ability to handle any challenge that life throws their way? It’s one of the singularly most rewarding opportunities one could ever ask to be a part of – until you’ve experienced it, it’s hard to put into words just how wonderful it feels to be given the chance to give something back, and make a meaningful difference in others’ lives.

Needless to say, you can imagine just how humbled and honored I was when Chase Bank and Fortune Magazine recently chose to recognize these efforts by bestowing the title of “Master of Innovation” – a once-in-a-lifetime accolade. That both organizations chose to provide the opportunity to further help raise awareness for our mission and cause by giving us the opportunity to provide essential hints, tips, and advice for businesses and brands hoping to navigate their way through change in the form of national articles and video segments that ran online and in the magazine was simply a further blessing. It’s with tremendous thanks that we’d like to express our gratitude to both organizations, and all those involved in the team effort, for helping provide these chances to help millions of readers and viewers make change work for them. And over the course of the next few weeks, for those of you who haven’t had a chance to catch these clips yet, we’ll make a chance to share them once again here for your reference as well.

Wondering how to more effectively spot emerging trends, and prepare both yourself and your organization to greet them by unlocking your creativity and ability to innovate your way through any challenge? For starters, be sure to check out this article and video which offer expert hints, tips and insights on how to stay ahead of the curve. It makes a great starting point to get a handle on how to position your business to be more successful going forward – and a great place to begin a dialogue that we’ll continue over the course of the next several weeks, offering further insights into how to future-proof both yourself and your enterprise.
